How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Most Australia-wide orders arrive in about 2–3 business days after dispatch. Orders placed before 2:30pm on eligible business days can qualify for same-day dispatch. Exact timing depends on your location and the courier.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery (money-back style guarantee as shown on the site). Items should be unused and in original condition where possible. Email [email protected] with your order reference and reason — we will guide you through the next steps.
How do I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order reference and the correct address. Once a parcel is with the courier, the address usually cannot be changed and you may need to follow the courier’s redirection options.
How do I track the status of my order?
Use Track Your Order on this site (Parcel Panel / AusPost where available), or track directly on Australia Post. If you need help, email [email protected] with your order reference.
How do I receive customer support?
Email [email protected] and include your order reference, product name, and a short description of the issue. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days.
What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order reference and the correct address. If the order has not shipped we can usually update it. If it has already shipped, we will advise what the courier can do — we cannot guarantee recovery of a parcel sent to a wrong address.
Do you ship to my country?
We primarily ship within Australia. Flat-rate Australia shipping is A$18.00, and orders over A$199 qualify for free Australia shipping. For international enquiries, email [email protected] before ordering.
Will my items come in one package?
In most cases your order ships in a single discreet parcel. Larger multipacks or mixed stock may occasionally ship in more than one package — if that happens you will receive tracking for each consignment where available.
